Text	If you are a Landlord we can advise and assist you with your residential tenancy including the drafting of residential tenancy leases and the required notices to your Tenant in the event that you need to end the tenancy or sell or carry out work to your property and require vacant possession. We can also act for you in disputes held before the Residential Tenancy Board. If you are a Tenant, we can advise you on the terms of your lease and on your rights. We can act for you in any disputes regarding wrongful retention of your deposit or insufficient or inadequate notices served on you by your Landlord. We can also represent you at a hearing before the Residential Tenancy Board.
